Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition. WETEX focuses on the advanced Technologies in the areas of Energy such as Fossil Fuel, Nuclear, Renewable, Power Generation, Smart Grids, Efficiency, Conservation.
WETEX 2017 in Dubai/U.A.E. is the well-established leading platform of the region with continuously raising growth rates. Organizer of the show is DEWA, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. DEWA is the central decision-making authority in the Emirate who is in charge for the awards of all public contracts in the related sectors. The topics of EXPO 2020 - Sustainability, Mobility and Economic Opportunity - reinforce the strategy of the United Arab Emirates to develop a sustainable future by the use of the most modern available Technologies.
Burkert showcased several new products including Type 8098 Flow wave, Type 3321 Electric Process Valves and 3G Valve Islands Types 8647 & 8652. As in the previous year there was great interest for the locally designed System Chlorine Dosing Skid. In total more than 100 potential customers came to the Burkert stand most located here in the UAE, but also visitors from Neighbouring Countries including Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan.
The Burkert Team was represented by Rajan Shaligram & Jamshid SA who had taken charge in meeting up with the customers and dealing with their queries during the show.
Several local Dignitaries from the Event Organisers Dubai Electricity & Water Authority also payed a visit to the Booth and were most impressed with Burkert products.
