Bürkert & Fäth join forces

The Bürkert and Fäth board of directors have agreed upon the acquisition of the Fäth Group by the Bürkert Group.

After merger control approval, the Bürkert Group will participate in the Fäth Group, consisting of the new FäthGroup GmbH, which consolidates all national and international subsidiaries, and HighQFactory GmbH. The previous sole owners, Michael and Florian Fäth, will continue to hold shares in the Fäth-Group and manage all daily affairs as directors.
