Otherwise, the maximum conveying capacity will not be used efficiently. Leaks can be flexibly compensated by air volume control. It is also possible to react to changes in the process, such as changing requirements for speed, pressure or delivery rate.

The Type 8750 Air Flow Regulator can calculate the nominal volume flow using the differential pressure method and control it thanks to the integrated control valve. Thus, the compact system takes over the entire conveying air volume control and can easily be retrofitted in existing systems. Since the control valve of the fluid flow controller is also used as an orifice plate, the pressure loss is significantly lower compared to conventional solutions with a separate orifice plate. In addition, the adjustable orifice of the control valve allows a much larger measuring range.
