Gas blending is a very important application in the gas segment. This technology plays a key role across many industries, from heat treatment to medicine to analytics. Our components and systems are found in burners, medical equipment such as artificial respirators, packaging processes and many others. We control protective or reactive mixtures by combining various in-house technologies, including thermal mass or differential pressure flow and precision solenoid control valves to form perfect loops. Each of these loops or subsystems offers documented ratio control with millisecond reaction times and most importantly, fewer sealing points. The system operator benefits from high levels of repeatability and flexibility without the cost of expensive, less stable pre-mixed gases.
